With a little more working over the numbers, we are final ready to start on the inside of the house. The porch will be defered till summer.
First up was cleaning out everything in the front rooms (and, unfortunatly, taking the projector down in the basement). Here are some "before" pictures that show the rooms cleaned out in prep for renovation. Nothing interesting, just here for future comparison.
