Construction Week 6 (Dec 18-22)

Another slowinsh week, though some great things got done. In short,

This is the new windows over the window seat. This is a new window - there wasn't one here before. You may also note the aluminum heat duct present in earlier pictures of this area is gone!
This is the window group over the fireplace. You can see the rough framed fireplace in the lower center of the picture. The two larger windows are crank out casement windows. The center smaller windows are fixed.

While this looks like a boring wall shot, it's really a heat duct that feeds the second floor office. This room has not had heat since the early 70s when some fool removed a wall that contained the old duct and just didn't re-route it. It's soooo much warmer now...
